Who is a TLC Co-ordinator:
  • Gateway to TLC Co-ordinator:
    Take Policy of Rs.5600/- for yearly premium.

  • Along with Rs.500/- towards Business Sales Kit, E-commerce, Handling charges.

  • DD favoring M/s TLC Insurance (India) Pvt. Ltd., payable at Salem or Bangalore.

  • A TLC coordinator is responsible for sourcing and generating leads for and on behalf of TLC,
  • Thus getting entitled for incentives and start earning!(example for Rs.5600/- premium policy).

I- Referral Incentive:
  • 1st Sponsor a pair and Tail and get Rs.600 for each pair Maximum payout is Rs.50000 /- for 15 days.
  • Payout are two time in a month, Business done between 1st-15th will get paid on 31st and Business done between 16th - 31st will get paid on 15th of every month.
II-Direct Referral Incentive:
  • If you refer more than two co-ordinators you get Rs. 200/- for each person.
  • The incentive is released only after the sponsorer(A) is eligigle to get first pair incentive. This incentive amount is deducted from the sponsorer(A)'s incentive.
III-Marshal Incentive -I:
  • 2nd Premium for renewal of every pair you get Rs.250 for each pair Maximum payout is Rs.25,000/- for 15 days.
  • Payout are two time in a month, Business done between 1st-15th will get paid on 31st and Business done between 16th - 31st will get paid on 15th of every month.
IV-Marshal Incentive -II:
  • 3rd Premium for renewal of every pair you get Rs.250 for each pair Maximum payout is Rs.25,000/- for 15 days.
  • Payout are two time in a month, Business done between 1st-15th will get paid on 31st and Business done between 16th - 31st will get paid on 15th of every month.
V-Life Incentive
  • 4th Premium onwards for renewal of every pair you get Rs.100 for each pair Maximum payout is Rs.12,500/- for 15 days.
  • Payout are two time in a month, Business done between 1st-15th will get paid on 31st and Business done between 16th - 31st will get paid on 15th of every month.

VI-Tour Package:

  • 100 Pairs in their respective down line at any level.

  • No Time Limit to achieve this post.

  • 6 days 5 nights tour to Andamaan.

VII-Car Fund: Eligibility:

  • On making 350 Pairs in their respective down line at any level

  • No Time Limit to achieve this post.

  • Advance against the down payment for Car Rs.75000/- will be paid.

  • By the time this coordinator have drawn a sum of Rs.210000/-(350 Pair Policies X Rs.600/- per pair).


  • Can buy any make of Car of Rs.3 lakhs to Rs.6 lakhs worth of their own choice.


  • Maximum of Rs.21000/- per month for 72 months as Car Fund.**

  • After getting the Car that co-ordinator should achieve 84 pairs (168 polices) per month by the help of their whole team of 700 coordinators (i.e, 350 pairs).


  • The Car Fund will be calculated as 168 X 5000 = Rs.8,40,000/- and 2.5% of this Rs.8,40,000/- that is Rs.21,000/- will be paid as Car Fund. If the coordinator achieves less than 168 policies, then the Car Fund will be calculated & paid accordingly.

  • Only Two Car will be provided per family.
VIII-Pension Plan: Eligibility:

  • Car Achievers in their respective down line at any level.

  • Time Limit to achieve this post.

  • lakh will be deposited by TLC with Bajaj Allianz Pension Plan in your name for getting the pension as per the Pension Plan’s policies in force.

  • Pension will start at the age of 60 years.
IX-Royalty/Director Incentive:


  • Pension Achievers in their respective down line at any level.

  • No Time Limit to achieve this post.

  • 10% share from total profit of the Company.

  • Will be paid for the full Generation as a Royalty.

1. Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance declares Rs 63 cr (US $ 15.3 mn.) profit for FY 06-07.
2. Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance is the first large pvt.sector life insurance co. with a pan India network and strong retail focus to declare substantial profits for the financial year.
3. Bajaj Allianz Life is most profitable pvt. life insurer for 06-07.
4. Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance logs in Rs 4270 cr. ( US $ 1.04 bn approx. ) of new business premium. For the first time private life insurance cos. have crossed the US $ 1 bn new business in a FY.
5. Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance issued over 2 million (20,79,217) policies in this year – highest amongst all pvt. sector players and taking the number 1 position. 3.4 million policies (34,72,875) issued till date. Only pvt life insurer to cross 2 mn policy mark in a FY.
6. Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance collected more new business premium in this one year alone, then the total of last 5 year’s new business ( Rs 3821 cr.).
